Product Description
ACEY-BCT5300-16P is used to test the voltage and capacity parameters of the battery during the cell formation/charging capacity verification stage. Based on the test results, it performs classification of the batteries into the same grades, conducts data analysis, and uploads and shares the results.
Product Features
1. Each battery is independently controlled, with a separate constant current and constant voltage source for each one, ensuring stability and no impact. It uses a 2-channel programmable constant current and constant voltage control module.
2. The equipment is controlled by an STM32 single-chip microcontroller and operates in conjunction with a computer. It can save all test data and curves, and can also be operated directly through the device's keyboard panel. The setup process completes the test and performs sorting.
3. Real-time detection and display of each battery's status. If there is an anomaly, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will illuminate.
4. It has a power-off protection function, and upon power restoration, it can resume the original working process.
5. The power transistor uses a field-effect transistor, suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries, etc.
6. It has a graphical operation interface, which is clear and intuitive. It simultaneously displays data such as battery voltage, current, time, and capacity, and can set different colors to indicate the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. The software is powerful and has a friendly human-machine interface.
8. The four-wire test interface ensures high measurement accuracy.
9. The modular design concept makes it easy to maintain.
