Product Description

ACEY-BCT503R-512H energy-feedback lithium ion cell grading machine is specifically designed for lithium cell capacity grading and performance testing. Equipped with an energy feedback system, it recycles the energy from discharged cells back to the power grid, significantly reducing energy consumption. The cabinet features high precision and stable operation, and is widely used in cell manufacturing plants, battery pack assembly facilities, and research institutions.


Equipment Structure

  • Independent CPU board, double keyboard board, independent operation of front and back sides, unified transmission control of the whole cabinet;
  • 8-channel constant current and constant voltage control module.
  • Two-way AC/DC inverter module.
  • Flat-head clamps, tray type manual opening clamps.


Energy Feedback Function

During charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC to 12V DC, and the constant current boards control and monitor the charging of the battery. During discharging, the process is reversed: the constant current boards first raise the battery voltage to 12V, and then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC back to AC, feeding it directly into the facility’s AC distribution network. This enables the recovery of energy from discharged batteries.
