Product Description

ACEY-BP32-300A500A bms testing equipment is used for high-current testing of lithium battery protection boards, offering automated operation with fast and accurate results. It supports 13 key tests including overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, internal resistance, and balancing, and is compatible with ternary lithium, LFP, and lithium cobalt oxide BMS boards, with a modular design and RS232 communication for stable data transfer.

  • Wide measurement capability for self-consumption current (1–5000 μA) with high resolution of 0.1 μA, suitable for low-power BMS evaluation.
  • High-precision AC internal resistance measurement up to 999 mΩ, with 16-bit AD/DA resolution for accurate data acquisition and control.
  • Fast and precise protection timing measurement, supporting overcurrent protection (0–999 ms) and short-circuit protection (0–999 μs).
  • Built-in 24-channel simulated cells with independent voltage input/output (500–5000 mV) and ±0.1% voltage accuracy for flexible test scenarios.
  • Constant current (CC) discharge mode with comprehensive global, charge, and discharge protection parameter monitoring to ensure safe and reliable testing.
