Product Description

ACEY-PCT501-512 pouch lithium ion cell capacity grading machine is designed for formation, capacity grading, and performance testing of pouch lithium-ion batteries. It is a master–slave battery testing system composed of a computer and the device’s microcontroller, featuring an advanced structure, reliable performance, easy operation, and high efficiency. With excellent cost-performance, it is an essential testing and production tool for battery manufacturers, grading facilities, and research institutions.

 

The system is controlled via a computer, which sends commands and collects data, while the keyboard allows manual operation and real-time display of parameters and system status. The constant current board, managed by the CPU, provides precise constant current and constant voltage control during testing.

 

Equipment Structure

  1. The system is controlled by a single CPU board, which manages the entire cabinet.
  2. It includes 64 eight-channel constant current boards, evenly arranged across four doors.
  3. Two sets of 32 output switching power supplies provide power, with each supply supporting two constant current boards.
  4. Two keyboard panels allow convenient operation from both the front and rear of the cabinet.
  5. The system comes with 64 trays, each 180 mm deep and insulated with epoxy boards, supporting 8 channels per tray and battery electrode widths up to 65mm.
