Our system is designed for easy, self-contained operation. When you receive the machine, simply connect it to the power supply, and it is ready to work. The English software is pre-installed, so all you need to do is learn how to use the software.

A complete English user manual will be provided with the machine to guide you through installation and operation.

We provide online technical support in English. You can easily reach us via Phone, WeChat, WhatsApp, Email, and other channels.

If you require remote assistance, we can support you using TeamViewer software to guide you step by step.

You can place your order by sending us a purchase order via email or by contacting our sales team by phone. Alternatively, we can prepare a proforma invoice upon your request.

Before we can issue the proforma invoice, please provide the following information:

1. Payment Method: T/T, L/C, D/P, or others.
2. Product Details: Quantity, specifications (such as size, material, technology if applicable), and packing requirements.
3. Shipping Information: Company name, full address, phone number, and destination sea port.

Once we have these details, we can promptly process your order and issue the proforma invoice.

We follow a strict quality control process at every stage:

1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control): All raw materials are inspected before entering production.
2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Each step of the production process is monitored through patrol inspections.
3. QC Final Inspection: Completed products are fully inspected before moving to packaging.
4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Every product is fully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

All of our products are CE and FCC compliant. For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we can assist you in applying for the required certificates if needed.

We are confident in the quality of our products and ensure they are well-packed. All equipment is tested before shipment, so your order usually arrives in excellent condition.

Warranty: All equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. If any parts are damaged due to non-human factors within one year, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Any quality issues will be addressed promptly.
