Product Description
ACEY-BP32-100A150A 1–32 series power battery BMS tester is designed for use on battery pack assembly lines to verify the function and performance of BMS before they are integrated into finished packs. The system features a high level of automation with a user-friendly interface, enabling simple operation, fast test cycles, and reliable results.
It supports comprehensive performance evaluation, including overcharge protection and recovery, overdischarge protection and recovery, charge and discharge overcurrent protection, internal resistance measurement, self-consumption testing, short-circuit protection, protection delay time for overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent, as well as balancing current and balancing voltage. In total, 13 key protection and electrical parameters can be tested within a single process.
The tester is compatible with BMS boards used in ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium cobalt oxide battery packs. Built-in chemistry mode switching allows quick adaptation to different battery types, making the equipment well suited for inline testing in modern battery pack assembly lines.
