Product Description

ACEY-BCT5300-16P prismatic battery cell testing machine is designed for high-current charge and discharge evaluation of lithium battery cells in production and quality control environments. The system provides real-time monitoring of cell voltage, current, capacity, and test status, with automatic channel protection in case of abnormal conditions. Energy generated during discharge is efficiently fed back to the power grid, reducing overall power consumption and heat output. With reliable performance, accurate data acquisition, and easy maintenance, the equipment is well suited for large-scale, energy-efficient battery testing.

 

Test Process Flow

  1. Power on and check the battery
  2. Edit the test process(Set formation and capacity grading parameters according to the battery type)
  3. Send the test process to the system
  4. Perform formation and capacity testing
  5. Formation and capacity test completed
  6. Set sorting parameters(Define different capacity grades based on requirements)
  7. Send sorting parameters and carry out cell sorting
  8. Test completed, remove the batteries
