The line integrates a full range of key processes, including cell capacity grading, voltage and internal resistance sorting, cell stacking and pressing, laser cleaning, laser welding, BMS testing, comprehensive battery performance testing, and battery aging. The modular configuration ensures stable quality, high consistency, and flexible production to meet diverse battery pack manufacturing requirements.
