Product Description

ACEY-S200A single-sided spot welder seamlessly imports welding programs from AutoCAD, compensates for minor electrode misalignments, and continuously monitors and logs production data. It detects and analyzes issues such as sparks, false welds, weak welds, and missing welds, stopping automatically with an alert. This system is ideal for assembling battery packs with 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, or 32700 cells in multi-parallel, multi-series configurations.
