Product Description

ACEY-BCT520-256H-1832 lithium battery charge discharge machine features an energy-feedback function, which returns discharged energy to the power grid, reducing power consumption and operating costs. The equipment adopts a double tray design, supporting efficient testing of cylindrical cells with diameters from 18 to 32 mm and lengths from 65 to 140 mm.

System Features

  • Each test channel operates independently, allowing charge and discharge steps to be configured individually for every battery.
  • High measurement accuracy of ±0.05%, with data logged every 1 second, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

System Workflow
The system is controlled by a computer, which sends commands and collects test data, while manual operation via the keyboard allows monitoring of parameters and equipment status. The constant current board, controlled by the CPU, provides both constant current and constant voltage functions.

 

During charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC into 14 V DC, and the constant current board regulates and monitors the battery charging process. During discharging, the constant current board first raises the battery voltage to 15 V, then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC back to AC and feeds it directly into the factory’s AC distribution network. This allows the recovery of battery discharge energy, reducing energy loss and improving operational efficiency.
