Product Description
ACEY-BCT530-128P lithium cell grading machine is developed for the formation and capacity testing stages of prismatic lithium battery production. The system measures critical parameters such as cell voltage, capacity, and charge–discharge behavior, helping manufacturers ensure stable performance and consistent quality before module and pack assembly.
The equipment is compatible with a wide range of prismatic lithium-ion cells, supporting cell lengths from 80 to 300 mm, thicknesses from 15 to 75 mm, and heights from 80 to 230 mm. The adjustable fixture design also accommodates tab center distances from 50 to 250 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to different cell specifications.
An integrated energy feedback system returns discharge energy to the power grid, effectively reducing electricity consumption and operating costs while minimizing heat generation. This makes the cabinet suitable for long-term, high-current production testing environments.
The equipment is widely used in battery cell factories and pack assembly lines for capacity grading and quality control of prismatic lithium batteries applied in energy storage systems, electric vehicles, and industrial power applications.
Equipment Workflow
The equipment operates under computer-based centralized control, responsible for process scheduling, command transmission, and data acquisition. A local keypad interface is provided for manual operation, allowing direct parameter configuration and real-time display of operating status.
The constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) control board functions under CPU coordination and delivers precise current and voltage regulation for each channel. During the charging process, the bidirectional AC/DC power module converts grid AC power into 14 V DC, which is then regulated by the CC/CV board to achieve accurate charging control and parameter monitoring.
During discharge, the system operates in reverse. The CC/CV board first boosts the battery output to 15 V DC, after which the bidirectional power module converts the DC energy back into AC power and injects it directly into the factory AC distribution system. This architecture enables high-efficiency energy regeneration, effectively reducing power loss and improving overall system energy utilization.
