Product Description

ACEY-BCT520-256H-3260 lithium cell testing machine is specially designed for efficient testing, grading, and analysis of cylindrical lithium-ion cells with diameters range from 32 to 60 mm and length range from 90 to 165 mm. Equipped with 256 independent test channels, each battery can be charged and discharged individually, allowing precise control and accurate measurement of voltage, capacity, and other key parameters.

 

Equipment Structure

  • Independent CPU control with dual keyboards for convenient front and rear operation, enabling centralized cabinet management.
  • Four-door cabinet design with 8 rows per door and 8 cells per row, providing a total of 256 independent channels for high-throughput testing.
  • Precise constant current / constant voltage modules on each channel for reliable charge and discharge control.
  • Bidirectional AC/DC inverter modules allow discharged energy to be fed back to the grid, maximizing energy efficiency.
  • Flat-head fixtures with large tray design, featuring easy manual clamp operation for flexible and safe battery handling.

 

System Working Process

The system is controlled and monitored via a computer, which sends commands and collects data. Manual operation is also possible through the keyboard, allowing real-time display of parameters and system status. The constant current board is controlled by the CPU, providing both constant current and constant voltage functions.

 

During charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC power into 14V DC, and the constant current board regulates and monitors the battery charging process. During discharging, the process is reversed: the constant current board first raises the battery voltage to 15V, then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC back to AC and feeds it directly into the factory’s AC distribution network, achieving energy feedback from the battery discharge.
