5V 60A 64 Channels Prismatic Lithium Battery Testing Machine With Alligator Clips

 

Product Description

ACEY-BCT560-64P prismatic lithium battery testing machine is primarily designed for capacity testing and cycle life testing of prismatic batteries. The system features an energy regeneration function, feeding discharge energy back into the power grid to significantly reduce power consumption and heat generation. Alligator clip fixtures are used for reliable connection to battery terminals, offering flexibility for different prismatic cell designs.

 

Energy Feedback Principle

When charging, grid AC power is converted by the bidirectional supply into 14 V DC and delivered to the battery through the current-control module for regulated charging and data monitoring. During discharge, the process runs in reverse: the cell output is raised to 15 V DC, then converted back to AC and returned directly to the factory power network. In this way, the energy released during discharge is reused instead of being dissipated as heat.
