Product Description

ACEY-PCT540-128 pouch lithium ion cell grading machine is used for testing voltage, capacity, and other parameters during the formation and capacity grading process of pouch lithium batteries. Based on the test results, it supports cell classification, data analysis, and data uploading and sharing.

 

The equipment is compatible with pouch batteries with a width of 25–170 mm, length of 20–240 mm, thickness of 2–20 mm, and tab center distance of 5–19 mm. It is configured with 128 channels, and each channel is equipped with an independent constant current and constant voltage hardware control circuit, supporting start, stop, pause, resume, and protection functions.

 

Equipment Features

  • Independent single-channel control with dedicated CC/CV sources; stable operation using 8-channel programmable CC/CV modules
  • APM32 microcontroller control with PC connection; supports data storage, curve recording, keyboard operation, and cell sorting
  • Real-time monitoring of each channel; automatic shutdown and indicator alarm in case of abnormal conditions
  • Power-failure protection with automatic process recovery after power restoration
  • MOSFET power devices suitable for low-voltage discharge cells, such as LiFePO₄ batteries
  • Graphical interface displaying voltage, current, time, and capacity with status indication
  • Measurement accuracy of 0.05% with 1-second data logging
  • Four-wire (Kelvin) measurement and modular design for high accuracy and easy maintenance

 

Note: A UPS is recommended for each PC. One PC can connect up to 10 devices.
