Product Description
ACEY-PCT540-128 pouch lithium ion cell grading machine is used for testing voltage, capacity, and other parameters during the formation and capacity grading process of pouch lithium batteries. Based on the test results, it supports cell classification, data analysis, and data uploading and sharing.
The equipment is compatible with pouch batteries with a width of 25–170 mm, length of 20–240 mm, thickness of 2–20 mm, and tab center distance of 5–19 mm. It is configured with 128 channels, and each channel is equipped with an independent constant current and constant voltage hardware control circuit, supporting start, stop, pause, resume, and protection functions.
