Lithium Ion Battery Pack Comprehensive Tester 200V 100A Charge 400A Discharge
Product Description
ACEY-BIT200-100A400A battery charge discharge test equipment is used for comprehensive performance testing of lithium-ion battery packs for energy storage modules, electric vehicles, electric scooters, AGVs, and garden tools. It supports all series of power batteries with CH+ / P+ / CH− / P− terminals, and is suitable for both semi-finished and finished product testing during production. The equipment can also be used as an electronic load for long-duration current draw testing of battery packs.

Test Items
| No. | Test Function | Description |
Voltage | Voltage is measured twice: first as no-load voltage, and again after all tests are completed, especially after short-circuit protection testing, to verify battery condition. The second voltage is typically slightly lower than the first.
Internal Resistance | Measures the battery’s AC internal resistance at 1000 Hz.
Charge Over-current Protection Current | Verifies whether the battery has automatic protection when charge current is excessive. This is critical to prevent damage to the BMS. If no protection exists, continuous charge current is selected instead.
Charge Over-current Protection Delay | Sets a current value and measures the time from current generation to BMS protection activation.
Continuous Charge Current | For batteries without charge over-current protection, the charge current is usually set equal to the charger current.
Continuous Charge Voltage Monitoring | During continuous charging, upper and lower voltage limits can be set to determine whether the battery voltage exceeds the allowable range.
Discharge Over-current Protection Current | When discharge current exceeds a set value, protection is triggered, typically according to datasheet specifications.
Discharge Over-current Protection Delay | Sets a current value and measures the time from current generation to BMS protection activation.
Continuous Discharge Current | Represents the normal operating discharge current. Abnormal BMS conditions may cause inability to sustain discharge.
Continuous Discharge Voltage | During continuous discharge, voltage upper and lower limits can be set to monitor abnormal voltage conditions.
Short-circuit Protection Time | Measures the BMS response time when the battery terminals are momentarily shorted. Faster response (typically <1000 μs) provides better protection. Excessive short-circuit time may indicate high loop resistance and requires analysis.
Cell Voltage (Optional) | Dynamic monitoring of individual cell voltage during charge and discharge.
Charge Voltage Rise | Compares end-of-charge voltage with static voltage to determine voltage rise.
Discharge Voltage Drop | Compares end-of-discharge voltage with initial voltage to determine voltage drop.
Charge DC Internal Resistance | Calculated by dividing the voltage rise after charging by the set charge current.
Discharge DC Internal Resistance | Calculated by dividing the voltage drop after discharging by the set discharge current.
Identification Resistance | Tests ID and NTC resistance values.
Secondary Discharge Over-current Protection Current | Secondary protection triggered when discharge current exceeds a preset value, typically per datasheet requirements.
Secondary Discharge Over-current Protection Time | Measures the protection response time from current generation to BMS cutoff.
Communication Test (Optional) | Supports RS485, RS232, CAN, and other communication interfaces.
Insulation & Withstand Voltage (Optional) | Insulation resistance and dielectric withstand voltage testing.
