Product Description

ACEY-BIT100-100A200A battery comprehensive testing machine is used for comprehensive performance inspection of lithium-ion battery packs during both in-process and final production stages. It is suitable for energy storage modules, electric vehicle batteries, scooter batteries, AGV batteries, and garden tool batteries, covering all series of power batteries equipped with CH+, P+, CH−, and P− terminals. The system can also operate as an electronic load, allowing long-duration current load testing of battery packs under stable and controlled conditions.

 

System Functions

1 Step-by-Step Test Mode Test functions can be freely rearranged to customize the test sequence.
2 Quick Test Mode Allows rapid editing and execution of test programs for fast testing.
3 Data Storage Test data can be stored according to customer requirements: by day, month, batch, individual data, or by test program, with flexible storage options.
4 MES System Support Compatible with customer MES systems for production data integration.
5 Test Start Conditions Tests can be started manually, automatically, or via barcode scanning.
6 Battery Model Storage Can save multiple battery model test programs for repeated use.

 

Test Items

  1. Voltage (0–100 V): Measures open-circuit voltage and post-test voltage, including after short-circuit protection.
  2. Internal Resistance (0–4000 mΩ): AC internal resistance measured at 1000 Hz.
  3. Charge Overcurrent Protection (0–100 A) & Delay (0–10 s): Checks battery’s automatic protection during overcurrent and measures activation time.
  4. Continuous Charge Current & Voltage Monitoring (0–100 A / 0–100 V): Maintains safe charging and monitors voltage limits.
  5. Discharge Overcurrent Protection (0–300 A) & Delay (0–10 s): Tests battery protection under excessive discharge current.
  6. Continuous Discharge Current & Voltage (0–200 A / 0–100 V): Verifies normal discharge performance and voltage limits.
  7. Short-Circuit Protection (up to 10 kA): Measures PCB response time to short circuits (typically <1000 μs).
  8. Individual Cell Voltage Monitoring (optional, up to 24S): Tracks each cell dynamically during charge/discharge.Charge/Discharge Voltage Rise & Drop (0–100 V): Calculates voltage changes during charge and discharge.
  9. Charge/Discharge DC Internal Resistance (0–4000 mΩ): Derived from voltage changes and set currents.
  10. Identification Resistor (0–100 kΩ): Measures ID and NTC resistor values.
  11. Secondary Discharge Overcurrent & Delay (0–200 A / 0–10 s): Additional protection verification.
  12. Communication Test (optional): Supports RS485, RS232, CAN, and other protocols.
  13. Insulation & Withstand Voltage Test (optional): Checks battery insulation and dielectric strength.
