ACEY-PS8S prismatic battery sorting machine is an automated solution designed for the downstream sorting stage of lithium battery production. The system combines an industrial computer, PLC control, high-precision servo drives, and a dedicated battery internal resistance tester to ensure accurate measurement and high-speed operation.

It is widely used in power battery, 3C consumer electronics, and energy storage applications, supporting precise cell matching for various new-energy battery packs while meeting relevant international safety requirements.
