Product Description

ACEY-HRCDS-60V300A-2CH battery cycler tester is used for cycle life testing and quality control in battery production and laboratory applications, the system supports lithium-ion, lead-acid, nickel-cadmium, and nickel-metal hydride batteries. Each channel offers a voltage measurement range of 0.2V–60V and a current measurement range of 150mA–300A. With an energy regenerative design, the system recovers energy during both charging and discharging, achieving an overall efficiency of ≥90% while reducing power consumption and heat generation.

 

This system provides stable and accurate charge and discharge control, making it suitable for both production verification and R&D evaluation. It supports a wide range of battery performance tests, including:

  • State-of-charge (SOC) retention testing

    During charging, when battery protection is triggered or abnormal conditions occur, the system clamps the voltage at a safe level to prevent damage to batteries or battery protection boards (BMS).
  • Integrated BMS Communication (CAN & RS485 per Channel)
    Each channel is equipped with built-in CAN and RS485 communication modules, supporting BMS CAN communication. The system can synchronously acquire BMS data such as total voltage, total current, cell voltage, and temperature, and compare them with CDS voltage and current data in real time. Test steps can be paused or switched when preset BMS voltage, current, or temperature conditions are met (BMS protocol details to be provided by the customer).
  • DBC Import and Custom BMS Protocol Support
    Supports one-click DBC file import as well as manual customization of BMS protocols. Different BMS protocols can be configured and sampled independently for each channel.
  • Custom Signal Sets and Advanced Data Logic
    Users can define custom signal sets according to specific test and data recording requirements. Sub-signals can be added as protection parameters, supporting multiple parameters and logical or mathematical operations such as maximum, minimum, difference, average, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, AND/OR logic, exponential variance, sine and cosine functions. The calculated results can be used to generate new judgment conditions.
  • Third-Party Device Control (Optional)
    Supports integration and control of third-party equipment, such as temperature chambers, during testing. All related test data can be recorded and stored together to meet comprehensive battery testing requirements (optional; third-party communication protocol required).
