ACEY-S200B automatic battery spot welding machine is designed for automated spot welding and assembly of cylindrical battery packs in factory production. It supports 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32700 cells in multi-parallel and multi-series configurations, and is widely used for power tool batteries, torque vehicle batteries, energy storage battery packs, and electric scooter or EV battery systems.
Compared with manual spot welding, the ACEY-S200B delivers significantly higher welding efficiency and consistency, helping reduce labor dependence and improve overall production quality. The machine features a user-oriented structure that simplifies setup, parameter adjustment, and daily operation, allowing quick changeover between different pack designs. An integrated, built-in component layout gives the equipment a compact footprint and a clean, industrial appearance.
The control system combines an industrial PC, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and precision linear modules.
