Product Description

ACEY-BCT530-128P lithium battery charge discharge tester is designed for capacity grading of prismatic lithium-ion batteries. It measures voltage, current, and capacity by cyclic charge and discharge for each cell to ensure consistency and quality before pack assembly. Alligator clip fixtures provide secure and flexible connections to battery terminals, accommodating different cell designs.

Equipment Features

  • Independent Channel Control – Each battery is connected to its own dedicated constant current/constant voltage source, providing stable operation without interference.
  • STM32-Based System Control – The equipment can be operated via PC for full data logging and curve recording, or directly through the onboard keypad to set test sequences and perform automatic sorting.
  • Continuous Status Monitoring – Every cell is monitored in real time. If a channel detects abnormal behavior, it is automatically halted, and the corresponding indicator light is activated.
  • Power Interruption Protection – The system can resume the previous test process after a power failure, preventing data loss or test disruption.
  • MOSFET Power Devices – High-performance MOSFETs enable safe operation with low-voltage discharge batteries such as LiFePO₄ cells.
  • Graphical User Interface – Intuitive display shows voltage, current, test time, and capacity for each cell, with customizable color coding to indicate operating status and errors.
  • Advanced Software Functionality – User-friendly interface provides flexible control and easy management of test procedures.
  • Four-Wire Testing Interface – Ensures precise measurements by eliminating lead resistance errors.

Note: It is recommended that each PC be equipped with a UPS to prevent data loss or hardware damage during power outages. Each computer can safely manage up to 10 devices to maintain optimal performance.
