Product Description

ACEY-HRCDS-6V1000A-6CH battery charge discharge cycle tester features a high-reliability, low-noise design with high power density. It is designed for capacity testing, cycle life evaluation, charge and discharge performance analysis, and quality inspection. The regenerative energy feedback system delivers up to 70% efficiency, significantly reducing power consumption and heat generation. Seamless CCCV charging ensures smooth transitions without current or voltage spikes, providing safe and stable testing conditions. Combined with high-precision measurement and comprehensive protection functions, the system offers dependable performance for cycle life testing and quality control of lithium-ion, lead-acid, Ni-Cd, and Ni-MH batteries in both production and R&D environments.

  • ECD & EVD protection: Automatically identifies and filters abnormal or non-conforming batteries, preventing premature protection triggering and early termination of charge or discharge processes.
