High-efficiency Prismatic Battery Module Stacking And Pressing Machine

The ACEY-SP1200 Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking & Compression Machine is engineered for precise stacking, alignment, and compression of prismatic lithium battery cells during module assembly. This system is extensively utilized in energy storage and electric vehicle battery pack production lines.

Operators manually position end plates, thermal insulation plates, and individual cells onto the stacking platform in sequence. Upon completion of stacking, the system activates automatically. A PLC-controlled servo electric cylinder executes the compression process with real-time feedback from pressure sensors, automatically halting when preset force or stroke limits are achieved.

Following compression, steel band strapping is performed manually. Once fastening is complete, the cylinder returns to standby position, concluding the stacking and compression cycle.
