The ACEY-LWM6000Z 6000W Fiber Laser Welder is a high-performance industrial system engineered for the demanding requirements of prismatic battery pack assembly. While 6000W provides substantial power reserves, this machine is specifically optimized for the high reflectivity and thermal conductivity of aluminum alloys (Al3003, Al1060). It delivers high-speed, consistent welding for battery case sealing and busbar connections (up to 4mm), ensuring structural integrity and low electrical resistance without damaging internal cell components.
