The ACEY-CLW4000W Cantilever Galvo Laser Welding Machine is specifically designed for lithium battery pack welding applications, including aluminum busbars, nickel connecting sheets, battery electrodes, and copper-aluminum composite components.
This advanced system integrates a 4000W fiber laser source with a three-axis coordinated cantilever structure and high-speed galvanometer scanning system. The large working range provides flexible access to various welding positions, making it suitable for battery modules and packs of different sizes.
With programmable welding paths and adjustable laser energy waveforms, the machine can perform welding points, straight lines, curves, and customized patterns. Stable and precise welding reduces connection resistance, improving the electrical performance and reliability of assembled battery packs. For pouch battery applications, the standard welding head can be replaced with a dedicated pouch battery welding head.
The ACEY-CLW4000W is primarily intended for aluminum, nickel, copper-aluminum composite materials and selected lithium battery connection components.
