Product Description

ACEY-ACTS-20V10A-GGS hybrid battery reconditioning equipment is designed to restore battery capacity and efficiency degraded by repeated charge and discharge cycles. By applying optimized and controlled charge–discharge profiles, the system helps improve overall battery performance and extend service life.

 

The equipment supports cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge and discharge characteristic analysis, charge retention evaluation, charge and discharge efficiency testing, and tolerance testing for overcharge and over-discharge conditions. It is suitable for lithium-ion, lead-acid, nickel-metal hydride, and nickel-cadmium batteries, and is widely used for battery aging tests, performance verification, and quality control in both production and laboratory environments.

 

With multiple channel configurations available, the system allows simultaneous reconditioning and testing of multiple battery modules, improving maintenance efficiency. It is well suited for hybrid vehicle battery repair and reconditioning, including popular models such as Toyota Prius and Camry, Lexus, Honda, and other hybrid vehicles.

  • Third-party device integration support (optional), enabling coordinated control of equipment such as temperature chambers, with all related test data recorded together to meet advanced battery testing requirements.
  • DL dynamic load protection, effectively preventing arcing and current surges caused by loose connectors, and protecting electronic components such as MOSFETs and fuses from damage.
  • Voltage clamping function, limiting output voltage to a safe level during battery protection events or abnormal equipment conditions to protect cells and BMS boards.
  • ECD & EVD protection, identifying abnormal batteries in advance and stopping charge or discharge under non-qualified conditions.
  • Intelligent step-based data management, supporting segmented test step recording, real-time and historical data statistics, and customizable Excel data export based on user requirements.
