The control system integrates an industrial computer, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and a high-accuracy battery internal resistance tester, delivering high accuracy, strong flexibility, and fast operating speed.

Compared with conventional PLC and touch-screen control systems, this architecture offers clear advantages in production report generation, communication and online integration with other equipment, product model changeover, and production parameter adjustment.
