Product Description
ACEY-BCT5400-16P lithium ion cell grading machine is used to test the capacity of prismatic batteries through cyclic charging and discharging tests. The equipment is compatible with a wide range of cell sizes, supporting terminal spacing from 50 to 170 mm, lengths of 90 to 220 mm, thicknesses of 15 to 100 mm, and heights of 80 to 310 mm, making it suitable for diverse production requirements.
System Working Principle
The system is PC-controlled for command execution and data collection, with a keypad for manual operation and status display. During charging, AC power is converted to DC to regulate battery charging; during discharging, the energy is converted back to AC and fed into the factory grid, enabling efficient energy regeneration.
Test process flow:
Power on and check the battery ➡ Edit the test process(Set formation and capacity grading parameters according to the battery type) ➡ Send the test process to the system ➡ Perform formation and capacity testing ➡ Formation and capacity test completed ➡ Set sorting parameters(Define different capacity grades based on requirements) ➡ Send sorting parameters and carry out cell sorting ➡ Test completed, remove the batteries
