Product Description

ACEY-BA100200-6 battery aging test cabinet is used for aging and performance testing of various battery packs, including ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, lead-acid, nickel-metal hydride, and nickel-cadmium batteries. It supports both common-port and separate charge/discharge port battery packs, with an adjustable voltage range of 10V to 100V and a charge/discharge current range of 100mA to 200A, meeting a wide variety of testing requirements.

 

It is widely used for battery module production testing in battery manufacturing plants, high-current charge and discharge verification for EV/HEV power battery systems, comprehensive battery performance evaluation, and routine battery module maintenance in battery factories and charging stations.

 

Equipment Functional Highlights

  2. Fully independent test channels with programmable CC/CV control, allowing flexible setting of charge and discharge current and voltage.

  6. Automatic resume after interruption, allowing tests to continue from the breakpoint after power or communication recovery.
  7. Real-time monitoring, abnormal condition capture, alarm triggering, and complete test log recording for full traceability.
  8. Network-based centralized control with barcode/QR code scanning support and remote monitoring capability.
