Product Description
ACEY-BCT560-64P prismatic battery charge discharge tester is designed for capacity grading of high-current prismatic lithium batteries. With energy regeneration function, discharge energy is fed back into the factory power grid, energy saving effect is remarkable.
It supports a range of prismatic battery sizes:

Equipment Features
Independent channel operation – Each battery is powered by its own dedicated CC/CV source, ensuring stable, interference-free testing.
STM32-based control system – Operated via PC for full data storage and curve recording, or through the onboard keypad to set test programs and perform automatic sorting.
Real-time status monitoring – Each cell’s operating condition is continuously displayed; abnormal channels are automatically stopped and indicated by warning lights.
Power-failure recovery – Testing resumes from the previous process step after power restoration, preventing data loss.
MOSFET power devices – Suitable for low-voltage discharge applications, including LiFePO₄ batteries.
