Product Description

ACEY-ACTS-20V5A-GGS hybrid battery reconditioning machine is designed to restore battery capacity and efficiency that have degraded due to repeated charge and discharge cycles. By applying optimized charge and discharge profiles, the system helps improve battery performance and extend service life.

The ACEY hybrid battery reconditioning machine supports battery cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge and discharge characteristic testing, charge retention evaluation, charge and discharge efficiency analysis, and tolerance testing for overcharge and over-discharge conditions. With multiple channel options, it allows several battery modules to be repaired and tested simultaneously. The equipment is suitable for reconditioning hybrid vehicle batteries used in popular models such as Toyota Prius and Camry, Lexus, Honda, and other hybrid cars.

  • ECD & EVD protection, automatically identifying and isolating abnormal batteries to stop charge or discharge in advance.
  • Intelligent data management, with segmented step data recording, real-time and historical statistics, and customizable Excel data export.
