Product Description

ACEY-BCT520-256H-3260 battery charge discharge tester is primarily designed for testing key parameters such as voltage and capacity during the cell formation and grading stage. Based on the test results, it performs cell classification, data analysis, and data uploading/sharing. The equipment features 256 channels in total and is equipped with adaptive battery trays with stepless adjustment from 32 to 60 mm.

 

System Features

  • Independent single-point control with independent constant current/constant voltage sources, providing stable operation without surges. Functions such as start, stop, pause, resume, and protection are supported.
  • High measurement accuracy of 0.05% with data recorded every 1 second, ensuring excellent stability.

  • Four-wire (Kelvin) test interface to ensure high measurement precision.
  • Modular design for easy maintenance and fast troubleshooting.

 

System Working Process

The system is controlled and monitored via a computer, which sends commands and collects data. Manual operation is also possible through the keyboard, allowing real-time display of parameters and system status. The constant current board is controlled by the CPU, providing both constant current and constant voltage functions.

 

During charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC power into 14V DC, and the constant current board regulates and monitors the battery charging process. During discharging, the process is reversed: the constant current board first raises the battery voltage to 15V, then the bidirectional power supply converts the DC back to AC and feeds it directly into the factory’s AC distribution network, achieving energy feedback from the battery discharge.
