Product Description
ACEY-HRCDS-6V200A-32CH battery life cycle tester is designed for battery cycle life testing and quality control in both production and laboratory environments. It is applicable to a wide range of battery chemistries, including Lithium-ion, Lead-acid, Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cd), and Nickel-Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) batteries. The system supports comprehensive test functions such as cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge and discharge performance evaluation, charge retention testing, charge/discharge efficiency testing, overcharge and over-discharge tolerance testing, pulse testing, and simulated working condition tests, providing reliable data for battery performance assessment and verification.
Equipment Features
Dynamic Load (DL) Protection: Safeguards batteries during charge/discharge, preventing arcing or current surges caused by loose connectors, and protects sensitive electronic components such as MOSFETs and fuses.
Voltage Clamping Function: Limits voltage during battery protection activation or device abnormality to prevent damage to the battery or battery protection board.
ECD & EVD Protection: Prevents charging or discharging of batteries that fail selection criteria, avoiding unnecessary protection triggers.
