1–24S 100A Charge 200A Discharge Lithium Ion Battery BMS Tester
Product Description
ACEY-BP24-100A200A BMS tester is developed for functional and performance testing of hardware protection boards, as well as selected software-based protection boards, used in lithium and lithium cobalt oxide battery systems. It is designed for both production lines and quality inspection, offering a high level of automation with a clear multi-language interface that allows fast operation and stable, high-accuracy testing.
The BMS tester supports a full range of protection and electrical performance checks, including overcharge protection and reset, overdischarge protection and reset, charge and discharge overcurrent protection, internal resistance, self-consumption, short-circuit protection, protection delay time for overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent, as well as cell balancing current and balancing voltage. A total of 13 key parameters can be verified in a single test sequence, ensuring the protection board meets design and safety requirements before use.
