Product Description

ACEY-RCDS-500V500A-2CH battery pack test system is used for cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge/discharge characteristic testing, state-of-charge retention testing, charge/discharge efficiency evaluation, overcharge and over-discharge testing, rate capability testing, pulse testing, operating condition testing, and DCIR testing of lithium-ion, lead-acid, nickel-cadmium, and nickel-metal hydride batteries. The system provides real-time, accurate sampling, storage, analysis, and warning of battery parameters, delivering reliable data for battery R&D, testing, and production, and is suitable for universities, research institutes, testing labs, and production lines.

  4. Multi-level user permission management allows administrators to create independent accounts for different roles and assign precise module-based permissions, ensuring operational security and data isolation.
  5. Intelligent data management provides real-time and historical statistics, table or curve display of test data, and automatic batch export to Excel.
  6. Custom signal sets and logic calculations enable users to define signals and apply functions (max, min, difference, average, +, −, ×, ÷, etc.) to generate new judgment or protection parameters.
  7. BMS-following testing allows real-time acquisition of total voltage, total current, individual cell voltage, and temperature via CAN/RS485, synchronizing with CDS data and pausing or switching test steps when preset conditions are met. Supports one-click DBC import and custom BMS protocols per channel.
