Product Description

ACEY-BCT5100-48P prismatic battery charge discharge test equipment is used to test the capacity and cycle life of prismatic batteries by cycle charging and discharging. Each battery is independent, with a completely independent constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring stability and no impact.

 

Equipment Features

  • STM32-Based Control – Operates via PC for data recording and curve analysis, or through the onboard keypad for direct test setup and automatic sorting.
  • Real-Time Cell Monitoring – Displays each cell’s status; channels stop automatically if abnormalities occur, with indicator lights alerting the operator.
  • MOSFET Power Devices – Suitable for low-voltage discharge batteries such as LiFePO₄.
  • Power-Failure Protection – Test sequences resume from the last step after power restoration.
