Product Description

ACEY-BA100150-8 battery aging test cabinet is designed for cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge and discharge performance testing, and temperature performance evaluation of battery packs, including ternary lithium, LiFePO₄, lead-acid, NiMH, and NiCd batteries. It is widely used in battery manufacturing plants for battery module production inspection, performance verification, and quality control.

Equipment Features

  1. High measurement accuracy of ±(0.05% RD + 0.05% FS), delivering excellent stability and highly reliable test results.
  2. Each cabinet is equipped with one independent channel. Channels can be freely grouped via software, with charge and discharge conditions configured independently for each group.
  3. Complete protection functions, including input/output protection, software and hardware protection, reverse polarity protection, and power-off resume protection, ensuring safe and stable operation.
  4. Soft channel start-up with no inrush current. Smooth and seamless transition from constant current (CC) to constant voltage (CV), without current spikes.
  5. Integrated network management system. Multiple cabinets can be centrally controlled by a single PC, with support for remote monitoring.
  6. Modular design with a plug-in cabinet structure, enabling quick replacement and easy maintenance.Clear and comprehensive data recording with real-time monitoring, supporting MES system data upload for traceability and production management.
  7. Expandable cabinet configuration, allowing flexible system scaling according to testing or production needs.
  8. The discharge step start uses a soft start, eliminating current surges during startup and ensuring a smooth transition from constant current to constant voltage without spikes.

  9. Soft start is supported via software barcode scanning, including both barcodes and QR codes.

  10. Unified control and networked integrated management allow for remote monitoring.
