Product Description

ACEY-BA60200-3 battery life cycle tester is designed for battery pack charge/discharge aging tests. It supports lithium-ion battery packs (including NCM and LiFePO₄), as well as lead-acid, NiMH, and NiCd battery packs. It is compatible with both common-port and separate-port battery pack designs and is widely used in battery pack and module manufacturing for aging, performance validation, and quality screening of products such as vacuum cleaners, power tools, electric scooters, and other consumer or light industrial battery packs.

  • Independent Channel Control
    Each channel operates independently with programmable constant current and constant voltage control. Channels can be freely grouped and configured for different charge and discharge test profiles.

    Comprehensive protection mechanisms including reverse-polarity protection, sensing line fault detection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, and power-failure recovery to ensure safe and reliable testing.
  • Flexible Test Programming
    User-defined test steps with variable parameters support complex charge–discharge sequences and multi-cycle aging tests.
  • Soft-Start & Seamless CCCV Charging
    Soft-start current output eliminates inrush current. Smooth CCCV transition prevents voltage and current spikes, protecting batteries and PCBs during charging and discharging.
  • Automatic Resume After Interruption
    Test processes automatically continue after power loss or communication interruption once conditions are restored, reducing test interruptions and data loss.
  • Data Monitoring & Traceability
    Real-time monitoring with detailed logs, curve analysis, and MES data upload support full process traceability and quality control.
  • Networked Centralized Control
    One PC can centrally manage multiple cabinets with network integration and remote monitoring capability.
