Product Description

ACEY-10000T spot welding machine is mainly used for spot welding battery tabs, nickel strips, and related materials in battery pack production. It adopts a gantry-type structure with good overall stability and is equipped with an industrial control system that monitors the welding process in real time. Abnormal conditions such as spatter, false welds, weak welds, and missed welds can be identified, recorded, and alarmed, supporting effective quality control. Welding is operated via a foot pedal, allowing simple and convenient manual operation.

The machine is suitable for welding cylindrical cells, prismatic batteries, and pouch cells. The welding head can be configured as pneumatic or electric according to process requirements and can be used with a high-current transistor welding power supply. With a compact structure and small footprint, it is well suited for small-batch and multi-model welding applications.
