Product Description

ACEY-BCT530-128P thermostatic prismatic cell grading machine is specifically developed to meet the capacity grading requirements of customer-specific prismatic aluminum-case batteries. The equipment provides precise charge and discharge control, ensuring accurate measurement of voltage, current, and capacity for each cell. The system maintains uniform internal temperature at 25 ± 2 °C, ensuring consistent testing conditions, improved measurement accuracy, and reliable protection of battery cells during formation and grading.

 

It supports a range of prismatic battery sizes:

  • Length: 70–210 mm
  • Thickness: 15–70 mm
  • Height: 80–230 mm
  • Tab center distance: 40–150 mm

 

Equipment Features

  • Temperature-Controlled Cabinet – Box-type structure with uniform internal temperature maintained at 25 ± 2 °C.
  • Integrated Front and Rear Cabinets – Front and rear sections house the fixtures and temperature-controlled area, while side panels contain the power units, making maintenance straightforward.
  • Independent Cabinets and Channels – Each cabinet supports 64 channels, arranged in 4 layers of 16 cells per layer, providing a total of 128 channels.
  • Independent CC/CV Control – Each cell has its own constant current/constant voltage source, ensuring stable, shock-free operation. Functions include start, stop, pause, resume, and protection.
  • High Precision and Stability – Measurement accuracy of 0.05%, with data recording every 1 second, providing highly stable performance.
  • Four-Wire Testing Interface – Ensures precise voltage and current measurement.
  • Modular Design – Simplifies maintenance.

 

Equipment Structure

  • Independent CPU and Keypad Boards – Provides centralized control for the entire cabinet while also supporting single-channel startup.
  • 8-Channel CC/CV Control Modules – Ensures precise charge and discharge regulation for each channel.
  • Bidirectional AC/DC Inverter Modules – Enables energy feedback during battery discharge.
  • Motorized Automatic Clamp – Allows easy opening of battery clamps for loading and unloading.

 

Energy-Saving Design

This system features a highly efficient energy recovery process. During charging, AC power is converted to 14 V DC and precisely regulated for each battery. During discharging, the energy is converted back to AC and fed directly into the factory grid, turning battery discharge into usable power.

 

The results are impressive energy savings: testing shows the system uses over 40% less power during charging compared to conventional equipment, with a total energy-saving rate of over 60%. This not only reduces electricity costs but also lowers operational expenses, helping battery manufacturers improve efficiency and profitability.
