Product Description

ACEY-BA10020-24 regenerative battery pack test system is mainly used for cycle life testing, capacity testing, charge/discharge performance testing, and temperature characteristic testing of battery packs, including NCM, LFP, lead-acid, and NiMH/NiCd batteries. The output voltage range is adjustable and stable from 10V to 100V, and the output current range is adjustable and stable from 100mA to 20A. It is suitable for aging tests of battery packs used in vacuum cleaners, power tools, and electric scooters.

 

System Composition

The system mainly consists of a power supply module, AC/DC voltage conversion module (bidirectional AC/DC inverter), control module, power module, cooling system, data acquisition system (cell voltage, total voltage, current, and temperature), host computer data processing system, and cabinet structure.

 

Equipment Functions

  • Independent channels for battery charge/discharge and performance testing. Current and voltage programmable within rated range.
  • Safety protections: reverse-polarity, voltage/current line monitoring, power-off, over-current, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection.
  • Customizable test step sequences with multi-level nested cycles.
  • Each channel has independent programmable constant current and constant voltage sources.
  • Test interruption recovery supported; unfinished steps resume automatically after abnormal events.
  • Abnormal capture: alarms and test pause if voltage/current exceed set limits.
  • Real-time data logging for traceability and fault analysis.
  • Curve analysis: select cycles and combine multiple curves.
  • Soft-start output for charge/discharge to prevent current spikes.
  • CCCV charging with smooth CC/CV transition and no voltage/current spikes.
  • Supports external charger monitoring; automatic cutoff if current drops below threshold.
  • Software scan-to-start (barcode/QR), centralized control, and remote monitoring supported.
