Product Description

ACEY-SSM-C automatic stacking machine is designed for the lamination process of lithium‑ion battery electrodes. It automates the steps of manual film loading, subsequent electrode alignment, and stacking, delivering high efficiency and precision. The system can stack cells up to 200 × 200 mm and can be adapted to other sizes by adjusting the fixtures, making it well‑suited for R&D and sample production of laminated lithium‑ion batteries. It features a single‑cantilever structural design, automatic constant‑tension control for the separator film, and integrated alignment control.
