Product Description

ACEY-BA60100-4 battery pack tester is designed for a wide range of battery pack charge and discharge aging tests. It supports testing of lithium-ion packs (including NCM and LiFePO₄), as well as lead-acid, NiMH, and NiCd battery packs, making it suitable for various battery production lines.

 

With a stable and adjustable output range of 10–60V and 100mA–100A, the equipment can accurately simulate real operating conditions during charge and discharge. It is compatible with both common-port and separate-port battery pack designs, allowing flexible connection.

 

The system is widely used in battery pack and module manufacturing for aging tests, performance verification, and quality screening. Typical applications include battery packs for vacuum cleaners, power tools, electric scooters, and other consumer or light industrial devices, helping manufacturers identify early failures and ensure consistent product reliability before shipment.
